2 cans of drained black beans
2 cans of drained corn
1 bunch of diced cilantro
1 bunch of chopped diced onions
6 roma tomatoes diced and seeded
1-2 diced jalapenos (depending on preference)
1 diced red or green pepper (depending on preference)
1 diced avocado (optional)
1/3 cup feta cheese
Mix all ingredients together and season with lime juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder according to taste. Feel free to serve alone, or with chips!
